Technique. Studied with principle dancers Carla Maxwell, Alan Danielson, Sue
Bernard, and Betty Jones. Performed "There Is a Time" at the
Baryshnikov Arts Center and at City Center.

perform in dance festivals all throughout NJ. Choreographed for JFK Memorial
Show Choir who received Superior ratings. Choreograph for Saint John Vianney's
Plays, Wedding's, Quinceañera's, and Sweet Sixteen's.
received a Choreography Award from Starpower and her Certification in Acrobatic
Arts AAC1. Has a B.A. in Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire

B.A. 2010 with a double major in
Dance and Theatre with special departmental honors from The George Washington
University. While at GWU, danced for
choreographers: Sean Curran, Anthony Gongora, Heather McArdle, Juliette Mapp,
and Jodi Melnic. Performed Sean Curran's "Social
Discourse" at ACDFA, Nationals Finalist. Post-Grad danced with companies:
DancEthos, darlingdance company, Next Reflex Dance Collective, UnevEnlane, at
such venues as: The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Capital
Fringe Festival, Chicago Fringe Festival, Arena Stage, Dance Place, The
Greenberg Theatre. Acted in productions
with DC-area theatre companies: Adventure Theatre-MTC, Constellation Theatre
Company, The Keegan Theatre, Rep Stage, Studio Theatre 2ndStage. Has choreographed productions for DC-area
middle and high schools, as well as youth training programs and professional
theatres.Currently the head of the Middle
School Drama Department at Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart in Bethesda,
MD, where he directs and choreographs the musicals and plays in the Middle
School, and choreographs the Upper School musical.

Brenda Thoms - 1996 Graduate
Jacksonville University where I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.F.A.
in Dance. My choreography at the American College Dance Festival earned
me several awards including Excellence in Choreography, Outstanding
Modern Dance Technique and a Gala performance at the Kennedy Arts Center
in Washington, D.C. I continued my dance education as a scholarship
student at Dance Space, Inc. where I performed with various U.S. and
international dance companies. Professionally, I was an apprentice and
company member with H.T. Chen and Dancers in 1999-2000.

The MUNY in St. Louis and also be featured on All My Children and As the World Turns. I am a proud member of Actor's Equity Association (the union for stage actors and stage managers). I have been hired by New York City Public Schools to teach dance, as well as enjoyed teaching at local dance studios in NY and NJ.
